In your moments of failure, you will learn about what is working in the business and will be able to identify the areas within your business that you are good at and the areas that you will need more time to get better at. So take time to identify areas of what type of people you would need to work with and the roles you will need them to play. Learn to develop a trusting attitude with your staff, whereby, after they’ve been trained you live them to grow within their role and do the job as required. You will find that you will begin to get more from them and they might also lead you to explore new concepts ideal for the growth of your business.
