Former Kisumu governor Jack Ranguma's petition against Kisumu Governor Anyang Nyongo was tossed out. The judge said Ranguma did not have evidence to prove Nyong'o rigged the election. In his accusations, Ranguma claimed IEBC officers accessed servers and edited results in favour of Nyongo; and refused to allow his agents to inspect ballot papers to ascertain if they were original but failed to provide evidence of this as well during a past hearing.
