Hector Bellerin has been ruled out of Arsenal's match against AC Milan. Alexandre Lacazette and Nacho Monreal are also expected to be missing in tonights line up. Arsenal face AC Milan at the San Siro in their first leg Europa League fixture Arsene Wenger has confirmed Hector Bellerin will be out of the Europa League first leg tie against AC Milan on Thursday March 8, due to a ligament injury. However, Wenger believes the Spanish international's injury should not keep him on the sidelines for too long. "No, he is injured. He has an inflammation of his left knee. Some ligament damage. He had to spend the afternoon in the hospital to see why he is in so much pain. It's not a long-term thing," Wenger told a news conference when asked if Bellerin would feature at San Siro on Thursday. Bellerin has played every game of the Gunners' Premier League campaign except for the 2-1 Premier League defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion. Arsenal will also be without Nacho Monreal and Alexandre Lacazette against Milan with Wenger stressing that both players will not play because they are not physically ready. "For team news, apart from that, of course Lacazette is not ready and we had to leave Monreal behind as well because he's not ready. He started a little session but he's not ready," Wenger said. Arsenal are hoping they can turn around one of their worst season campaigns, having lost four straight matches on the bounce, a record which dates back to October 2002. Wenger's side have recorded four consecutive defeats to Ostersund in the Europa League, twice to Manchester City in six days and Brighton in the league. The Gunners will be home to Watford at the Emirates and a win for them will prove crucial if they want to appease their livid fans.
