In his ruling, Justice David Majanja struck our most of Ranguma’s prayers including allegations of vote stuffing and failure to include the outcome in five polling stations. Majanja stated that the five stations didn’t have any significant change to the outcome of the election. He described the allegations as vague, embarrassing and founded on malice and propaganda stating that there was no proof of interference with the electoral process. Respondents in the case included the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Governor Nyong’o and Kisumu County Returning Officer John Cox.
