2017 may be a thing of the past, but one fearless dad is gaining recognition as "Father of the Year" all thanks to some well-rehearsed dance moves. Father of four, Steve Haddad is living his fifteen minutes of fame after his wife, Tina Haddad uploaded a video of him with his two daughters performing Beyoncé's iconic Single Ladies dance to Facebook. Dressed in black leotards, Steve and his daughters show-off their in-psych choreography, pristine formations, and amazing family dynamic—proving this dad is more than worthy of his title. "You asked you received......Haddad Lip Sync contest. Stay back girls he’s all mine!!! #BESTDAD #Beyonce #allthesingleladies #christmaslipsync," Tina's Facebook caption reads. Since posting the video on Christmas, the positive comments have continued to roll in, as everyone applauds Steve for his dedication, sense of humor, and light-hearted spirit. This epic perfomance was all in preparation for the Haddad family lip sync contest—although Steve needed some persuading, he finally agreed to perform and allow Tina to share the video on Facebook. Since, Steve's hip thrusts and jazz hands have received 18 million views and 77,000 shares on the social media site. It's no secret that this dad has big shoes to fill for next year's family talent show. “The girls were trying to come up with a brilliant idea to beat the competition, which in this family it’s tough,” Tina told Scary Mommy. “I threw out the Beyoncé single ladies video. The girls BEGGED him and because he loves to make us laugh, through much nagging on our part he agreed.” Steve is not only setting an amazing example of excellent parenting but he is giving everyone a reason to end 2017 with a wholesome laugh. We love a dad who would do anything for his kids and can't wait to see what the Haddad family has in store for next year's lip sync contest.
