Treasury bills overall subscription slightly dropped in December to an average of 79.71 per cent from 80.01 per cent recorded in November. The Treasury accepted Sh66.26 billion of the Sh76.5 billion bids received in four auctions, against a target of Sh96 billion. The average subscription rate for the 91, 182, and 364-day papers came in at 78.77 per cent, 77.87 per cent and 81.92 per cent respectively.
