The City Shuttle bus overturned on Kenyatta Avenue near ICEA Lion Building on Wednesday morning after it collided with a saloon car at the Kenyatta Avenue- Muindi Mbingu junction. The Kenya Red Cross and the Nairobi County have evacuated the victims to Kenyatta National Hospital. Here are some of the reactions from Kenyans, majority are struggling to understand how a bus could overturn in the CBD: How can a city shuttle overturn on Kenyatta avenue? Who is fooling who? I think the driver decided to park it upsidedown... pic.twitter.com/OD36VsKOdC You mean just like that and the bus overturned on Kenyatta Avenue. How? pic.twitter.com/BUNjcrXvvN City Shuttle bus Overturns at Kenyatta Avenue.....How is this possible??????????????? Trying to figure out how a bus can overturn at Kenyatta Avenue. Doesn't add up pic.twitter.com/VFRd4cJv2D Wait a minute, how on earth does an entire bus overturn on Kenyatta Avenue? #BarabaraSafe pic.twitter.com/ISd489407b NTSA will ban Morning travel after that Kenyatta Avenue accident Its time NTSA bans bus travel regardless of the time! Bus accidents all over. Let everyone acquire a donkey for personal transport. BE SAFE City shuttle overturning along Kenyatta Avenue is reckless and laughable. #ArrestFrancisMeja Early morning accident at Kenyatta Avenue and Muindi Mbingu junction, outside I&M building. Scores injured. At this rate I forsee @ntsa_kenya banning day travel. pic.twitter.com/SOUHZOOaij I don't see what the fuss is all about a bus overturing at Kenyatta Avenue. Accidents do happen anywhere including the CBD unless y'all just have an element of primitivism in yourselves.
