Kim Kardashian took to Instagram on Tuesday to open up about her scary, final days of 2017. The reality star (who is expecting her third child with rapper Kanye West) spent three days in the hospital alongside her 2-year-old son, Saint West after he came down with a series case of pneumonia.  My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thank every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint 👼🏽 A post shared by Kim Kardashian West (@kimkardashian) on Jan 2, 2018 at 8:23am PST Kim used the social media platform to praise the incredible hospital staff that nursed Saint back to health—thankfully, the toddler is now resting comfortably at home.  "My precious baby boy is so strong!
