We frequent the Maasai market every month just to find the coolest African beaded jewelry, clothing bags, shoes and home decorations. The trip could be a walk in the park or the most stressful shopping experience due to the number of vendors you have to negotiate with just to get the right price and the right quality for your needs. I have learned over the year that the best way to shop is by walking around first without buying anything then later making a second lap with an idea of the pricing and the number of products your budget will allow. Remember to be polite and do not be shy to bargain. Miss Vavavum has obviously learned the art of Maasai shopping because she always wears Maasai jewelry. Maasai chokers are a must-have accessory especially now that body suits and off the shoulder tops are in trend. They are perfect for that weekend look and can help you add some sizzle to a boring look. When wearing those midi length trousers, you can decide to add some leg bling by wearing a bangle as an anklet. Be careful with this because many Maasai bangles have metallic parts that can prick you. Those Maasai belts you seed been sold in traffic could look this gorgeous on an outfit? Well yes! Miss Vavavum has found a way of including them in her wardrobe and she looks fantastic too!   A headgear could be a bit too much for many women but for Miss Vavavum, the only way to live life is by giving everything you do a little more attention. She does exactly that with her hair accessories and shows that you do not need a special occasion to be a little extra. This year is all about accessories and you need to get yourself some Maasai love!
