- MPs Aisha Jumwa and Suleiman Dori had been summoned for associating with Ruto

- The MPs also claimed Raila has betrayed the coastal people on matters development

- The party's disciplinary committee recommended expulsion of the two Ruto's allies

- Jumwa noted it would be unfair to punish her considering the unity between Raila and Uhuru

Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa has swallowed humble pie for associating with Deputy President William Ruto and making ill remarks against ODM leadership.

Appearing before the party National Executive Council on Thursday, January 24, Jumwa noted it would be unfair to considering the unity between government and opposition leadership.

The vocal lawmaker who was accompanied by her Msambweni counterpart Suleiman Dori, however faulted the disciplinary committee report claiming she was not given fair hearing.

Dori is also facing ax from the Raila Odinga-led party.
